1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "Superpower for Gemini" Chrome Extension (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service & Platform Dependency
Superpower for Gemini is a third-party browser extension designed to enhance the user interface and functionality of Google Gemini (gemini.google.com).
Platform Risk: The functionality of this software depends entirely on the current structure, availability, and policies of Google LLC and the Chrome Web Store. We continuously strive to keep the software updated; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If Google makes significant structural changes to the Gemini interface, restricts browser extensions, or removes this extension from the Chrome Web Store, the software may lose functionality partially or entirely.
By purchasing a license, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing the software "as is" based on its current functionality. We do not offer pro-rated refunds if future third-party platform changes render the extension unusable.
3. Merchant of Record & Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment processing, invoicing, subscription management, and global tax compliance (including VAT/Sales Tax). By purchasing a license, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and Lifetime Licenses
To access the "Pro" features of the Service, you must purchase a valid License Key.
Device Limits: A single License Key is valid for use on up to three (3) personal devices owned by the license holder. Sharing license keys with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of the license without a refund.
Subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly plans will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal link provided in your email receipt.
Lifetime License: A "Lifetime" license grants you access to the Pro features for the lifetime of the Superpower for Gemini product. It does not guarantee that the product will exist indefinitely, but rather that you will not be charged ongoing recurring fees for the current major version of the software for as long as it is actively supported and maintained by the developer.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Pro features, you may contact our support email within 14 days of your original purchase date to request a full refund.
Upon processing a refund, your License Key will be permanently disabled. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for Yearly or Lifetime plans after the 14-day window has passed, including in the event of platform changes as outlined in Section 2.
6. Intellectual Property & User Conduct
The code, design, and branding of Superpower for Gemini are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this extension.
"Google" and "Gemini" are trademarks of Google LLC. This extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; or (b) any actions or changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Google). In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
